Physical Organization Designed for Neurodiverse Brains
I provide physical organization support designed for function first. My approach centers on usability, sustainability, and accessibility for neurodiverse brains. My guiding principle here is simple: organization should make life easier, not prettier. Your space needs to work for you, not for others or online. The work is intentional, human, and impact-drive, with a focus on real-world functionality for individuals, families, and busy lives.
Together, we will declutter, restructure, and organize your physical environment so it remains functional and sustainable for your brain. We build custom, intuitive, and functional setups involving visual cues, simplified workflows, and accessible storage that are adapted specifically to your cognitive strengths and daily energy.

We meet on Zoom to discuss your space, daily challenges, and exact goals. Together, we establish a realistic scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring any necessary tools or organizational items are identified before we begin.
2. Collaborative On-Site Session
We work together in your home or workspace to build a system that matches your natural habits. I guide the physical restructuring while checking in regularly for your feedback, ensuring every decision feels intuitive, manageable, and realistic to maintain.
3. The Test-Drive Phase
Between sessions, you live in and test the newly designed space. I ask you to notice what feels seamless, what feels heavy, and what, if any, friction points still exist.
4. Refinement & Iteration
We use your real-world feedback during follow-up sessions to tweak routines, labels, and homes to ensure that your spaces fully support your daily flow.
5. Sustainable Functionality
You step into an organized, low-friction space designed to support your independence and reduce daily mental fatigue.

I see my support as having two main differences-
1) You are an active member of the process. You are making choices with me, you have a say in what we do when, and we work through emotionally challenging spaces together. This isn’t a support where you leave and come home to a entirely new space to relearn, you are helping to make your space feel more functional and supportive, with a little help.
2) My support is specifically designed with your brain in mind. With over nine years experience working with neurodiverse brains, I understand what types of systems and strategies work best. We create a sustainable system designed for you and your family, not for Pinterest.

Families, parents, teachers looking to create a neuro-inclusive classroom, people moving into new homes, those looking to downsize, and those who have a hard time making choices on what to keep

Support starts at $150 per hour. Project packages can be discussed during the Free Discovery Call based on the scope of the project. Most projects can be completed in 1-3 visits.
Situations with larger clutter accumulations (“hoarding”) are priced based on the severity. Excessive junk and hazardous material removal support are not offered by Focal Point.
Client Reviews
“Deena was fantastic! I never felt like I got my last two apartments organized or situated, it always felt cluttered. I wanted to start on the right foot with my new place and Deena was a tremendous help with that. With me not being the most organized, she was able to thoughtfully provide direction and suggestions when needed, which was frequently in my case. While moving can be stressful I'm feeling really good about my new place.”
“Deena is warm, incredibly easy to work with, and very good at creating structure without making the process feel overwhelming. I came away feeling like the space was genuinely more functional for me and, more importantly, like it was something I could maintain.”
“Deena was super helpful and unpacking and organizing my home. She was an independent worker, took direction well, and was very open to ideas to make the space work best for me.”
“Deena was wonderful to work with. I was looking for someone who could help me get organized without imposing a one-size-fits-all-system, and I really appreciated how collaborative and thoughtful her approach was from the beginning.
Deena took the time to understand how I actually use my space and what is needed for me rather than simply organizing it according to her own preferences.”
“Deena is nonjudgmental, understanding of neurodivergent struggles when it comes to managing one space and things and works efficiently. She made a huge dent in a daunting and overwhelming organization job and helped me get started on tackling a huge project. I highly recommend her to anyone struggling with staying organized and making your space work for you.”
